Social Europe?

The new European pillar of social right, which mainly consists of equality of opportunities regarding the labour market, fair working conditions as well as social security and social inclusion should provide effective rights for citiziens within the European Union.

On november 30, 2017 in cooperation with Millennium Institute a public conference with national and international experts from Belgium, Finland, France, Netherlands and hungary was organised. The experts discussed especially the social dimension and future of a social Europe, focussing on Hungary. The third part of f the conference included a paneldiscussion wirh hungarian politicians, who discussed the possibilities of a more social Union. Again focussing on Middle and Eastern Europe and the special challenges of this region.
