Auswirkungen der COVID-19-Pandemie auf den Pressemarkt und die Pressefreiheit in Mittel- und Südosteuropa. Neue englischsprachige Studie von FES und n-ost wird vorgestellt und mit Medienexperten diskutiert.
Die Medien-NGO n-ost hat in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Budapester Büro der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) Mitglieder ihres Journalistennetzwerks aus Bulgarien, Kroatien, der Tschechischen Republik, Ungarn, Nordmazedonien, Polen, Rumänien, Serbien und Slowenien gebeten, darüber nachzudenken, wie sich die Pandemie auf den Journalismus in ihren Ländern ausgewirkt hat. Die Journalisten geben einzigartige Einblicke in ihre veränderten Tagesabläufe und Arbeitskontexte. Die Erfahrungen und die Folgen werden mit Journalisten, politischen Entscheidungsträgern und Politikern in zwei Panels diskutiert.
