The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung is the oldest political foundation in Germany. It is committed to the fundamental values of social democracy and a policy of freedom, solidarity and social justice around the world.

The FES has been represented in Budapest since 1990. The aim of our work in Hungary is to promote democracy, the rule of law and the development of an active civil society and contribute to the socially responsible shaping of social change.
